PRODUCT TYPES / APPLICATIONS / TECHNICAL DIMENSIONS
Select inside diameter, wall thickness and material together.
Silicone tubing can provide flexible fluid connections, link machine components or act as a roller sleeve. The right product depends on its function as well as its diameter.
Standard silicone tubing offers a choice of colors, hardness and cross-sections. Platinum-cured medical tubing forms a separate group, with a transparent appearance and its own size list.
This catalog covers product types, three applications, dimensioned cross-sections and minimum production quantities. The complete current size range is listed online.
Inside diameter × outside diameter. These define the wall thickness.
Inside diameter d is the bore of the tubing, the starting point for connection and flow-area selection.
Outside diameter D is the distance across the outer surfaces. It defines the space required and overall cross-section.
Wall thickness t is the silicone wall on one side: t = (D - d) / 2.
Assess connection diameter, required flow rate, pressure or vacuum, and bend layout together.
Specify roller diameter, fitted length, wall thickness and operating conditions. Fit is determined by the application.
Cross-sections are proportional technical illustrations; printed and on-screen views are not at actual physical size.
Different diameters and colors. Made for your application.
Red, white, black and clear samples show the product range. Specify color and hardness alongside inside diameter, outside diameter and wall thickness.
Filling and fluid transfer lines, machine connections and sleeves for shrink tunnel rollers. Function and operating conditions guide material selection.
The current list contains 965 sizes. Select an inside diameter online to view suitable outside diameters and wall thicknesses.
Minimum production is 100, 50 or 30 meters, based on outside diameter. The quantity for each size appears in the online table and cross-section preview.
Color and transparency are appearance options. Select material and hardness to suit operating conditions.
Read size examples together with wall thickness and production quantity.
The sizes below are selected from the current standard tubing list. The 1 mm inside diameter group includes 1 × 3, 1 × 4, 1 × 5 and 1 × 6 mm options.
See all 965 sizes in the online tubing list. Each size opens its own proportional cross-section.
Clear body. Platinum-cured silicone. Separate size and production list.
This product group uses platinum-cured silicone. The clear body helps visually monitor flow. The open end shows the bore and silicone wall together.
For assessment in laboratory setups, process transfer and suitable pump connections. Specify the fluid, operating duration and cleaning method when requesting a quote.
The current medical tubing list contains 196 sizes, with inside diameters of 1-26 mm and a maximum outside diameter of 30 mm.
Minimum production is 500, 600, 800 or 1000 meters, based on inside diameter and wall thickness. All 1 mm inside diameter sizes require 1000 meters.
Required technical specifications and product documentation are confirmed for the selected material at quotation.
Maximum outside diameter 30 mm. Production based on bore and wall thickness.
Cross-sections are selected from the current medical tubing list. For half-millimeter wall thicknesses, use the next whole thickness's minimum quantity. All 1 mm bore sizes require 1000 meters.
See all 196 sizes in the online medical tubing list. Black cross-sections are technical illustrations; the product image shows clear tubing.
Flexible connections from tank to filling point.
It provides a flexible fluid connection between tanks, manifolds and filling equipment. Tubing can be routed between fixed pipe connections to suit the layout.
A flexible line adapts to the connection layout. Clear options help visually monitor flow. Inside diameter and wall thickness are selected alongside flow and mechanical conditions.
FILLING / TRANSFER - Assess connection size, fluid and cleaning procedures together.
Assess the whole line, from connections to cleaning.
Specify inlet and outlet diameters, required flow rate and line length. A narrow connection may restrict the selected tubing's flow area.
Specify operating temperature, line pressure or vacuum requirements. Assess wall thickness and material against these conditions.
Describe a layout that avoids sharp bends and crushing. Check tubing length, bending space and nearby equipment together.
Specify cleaning fluid, method, temperature and contact time. Product-contact material and required documentation depend on the application.
Transparency helps monitor flow; application conditions determine material selection.
Flexible fluid transfer with clear platinum-cured tubing.
For fluid transfer between laboratory vessels, process connections and suitable pump systems. Inside diameter and connection geometry depend on the setup's requirements.
The clear body helps monitor flow and connections. Flexible silicone tubing allows the connection route to follow the equipment layout.
PLATINUM-CURED SILICONE - Assess fluid, connections and cleaning conditions together.
Specify dimensions, operating conditions and documentation together.
Select the inside diameter for connection and flow needs. Outside diameter, wall thickness and fitting dimensions must be compatible.
A peristaltic pump repeatedly compresses the tubing. Specify pump model, tubing size, operating duration and fluid to assess a suitable material and cross-section.
Specify the cleaning or sterilization method, temperature and cycle in your inquiry. Suitability of the selected material is assessed separately.
Share required tests, compliance documents and traceability requirements before quotation. These form part of product and material selection.
Platinum curing alone does not establish sterility or any specific compliance certification.
Silicone sleeves for roller surfaces. Sized to fit.
Silicone tubing can serve as a sleeve on shrink tunnel rollers. It forms a silicone contact surface on the roller; it does not convey fluid in this application.
Tubing is selected by roller diameter and required wall thickness for sleeve use. Assess fitted length, surface temperature, rotation and the product in contact together.
ROLLER SLEEVES - Roller diameter, sleeve length and operating conditions are key quotation details.
Define the roller and silicone sleeve geometry together.
Share roller diameter, total sleeve length and the mounting surface. An existing sleeve sample or technical drawing helps with selection.
Assess wall thickness, outside diameter and clearance to nearby equipment together. Fit and tolerances depend on the application's requirements.
Specify surface temperature, rotational speed, product contact and mechanical load. These guide hardness and material selection.
Send a cross-section photo, dimensions and operating conditions of the existing tubing. Let's assess the sleeve's fitting and operation together.
The diagram shows a silicone sleeve fitted over a roller. Final dimensions and fitting requirements depend on the application.
Hardness, temperature and operating conditions matter alongside diameter.
Select Shore A hardness for bending, compression, fitting and contact needs. Pumps and roller sleeves create different mechanical conditions.
Specify continuous and short-term operating temperatures separately. Include the temperature during cleaning cycles in material assessment.
Assess line pressure or vacuum, connections and tubing cross-section together. Wall thickness alone is not a performance rating.
Specify the substance, concentration, temperature and contact time. Include cleaning fluids in the same assessment.
Specify flow monitoring, product identification and appearance needs. Clear or colored appearance does not establish the material's technical grade.
Describe the cleaning or sterilization method and required documents. Requested properties are confirmed for the material offered.
Numerical operating limits are determined by the selected silicone material's technical data sheet.
Separate production rules for standard and medical tubing.
For standard tubing, minimum production depends on outside diameter. Medical tubing with a 1 mm bore has a special rule; other sizes are based on wall thickness.
Medical tubing with a 1 mm inner diameter has a minimum quantity of 1000 metres, regardless of wall thickness. For half-millimetre wall thicknesses, the quantity for the next whole-millimetre thickness applies.
