We offer manufacturing options for silicone tubing, profiles, cords, strips, lid seals, oven seals, and inner and outer drum rubber profiles. We work with you to select a suitable product based on your cross-section, dimensions and operating conditions.

Key applications include machine components, filling lines, oven doors and textile drums. Product suitability is determined by assessing equipment dimensions, temperature, pressure and the substances in contact with the product together.

Start with the mounting channel or lid surface dimensions, contact gap and required cross-section. Share your technical drawing or a photo of the existing seal so we can assess the geometry, material hardness and operating conditions together.

Specify the inside diameter, outside diameter or wall thickness, and total quantity. The conveyed substance, operating temperature, pressure or vacuum conditions and connection method are also required for selection. Dimensions alone do not determine suitability for an application.

Your hardness and colour requirements are included in the production assessment. Suitable options are confirmed at the quotation stage according to product geometry, required flexibility, installation method and operating conditions.

Operating temperature, contact duration, cleaning processes and the substances in contact with the product are assessed together when selecting a material. Share your operating conditions to request a technical assessment of a suitable silicone option for your application.

Custom manufacturing can be assessed using a technical drawing, sample or dimensions. We review cross-section geometry, material, hardness, color and quantity to identify feasible manufacturing options.

The minimum production quantity for profiles is 100 metres. For standard silicone tubing, the minimum is 30, 50 or 100 metres depending on the size; for the listed medical tubing, it is 500–1000 metres depending on the size. Quantities for custom sizes are confirmed at the quotation stage.

Share your technical drawing, sample photo or dimensions, together with the intended application, operating conditions and total quantity. Include your preferred hardness and color, if known. Tubing requires diameter and wall thickness details; profiles and seals require cross-section and mounting dimensions.

Timing is assessed according to product dimensions, cross-section, quantity, material requirements and the production schedule. Once the technical details are confirmed, a production and delivery plan for the project is provided at the quotation stage.
